How can I book an apartment?
You can book by contacting us directly on WhatsApp (+39 388 658 70 80), by phone, or through the contact form. We usually reply within 1 hour with availability and booking confirmation. We do not rely on platforms like Booking or Airbnb, which helps us keep rates more competitive.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is paid before or on arrival according to the agreed arrangement.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 90 days before check-in (full refund of the deposit)
- Less than 90 days before check-in: no refund
In documented emergencies, such as illness or bereavement, we may evaluate a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance, especially for July and August when apartments fill up quickly. For last-minute stays, contact us to check immediate availability.

How does key handover work?
We welcome you personally on arrival for key handover and a quick tour of the apartment. We explain how appliances and air conditioning work and share recommendations for beaches and restaurants. At check-out, you hand the keys back directly to us.
Are the owners available during the stay?
Yes, we are local and available! We are happy to provide information, tips for enjoying your holiday such as restaurants, hidden beaches and excursions, and help with any issue or need during the stay. Our support is discreet but reliable, so you can enjoy a relaxed holiday.
What should I bring?
The apartments are fully equipped, except for bed linen unless otherwise agreed. We recommend bringing your own beach towel, sunscreen, flip-flops, swimwear and personal toiletries. The kitchen includes crockery, pots and utensils.

Is there WiFi and air conditioning?
Casa Bellavista 2 dispone di WiFi gratuito.
Casa Giorgio 4 and 6: WiFi may be available on request, depending on the apartment and setup at the time of booking.

Is parking available?
Casa Bellavista 2 has 2 reserved parking spaces. Casa Giorgio 4 and 6 offer free parking in the entrance courtyard. During high season, parking can also be found nearby. A parking pass is provided where applicable.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are generally accepted with a supplement of €5 per night. Pets must be well behaved and supervised. They are not allowed on beds or sofas. Please contact us in advance for medium or large dogs.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, all apartments include a washing machine. We also provide a drying rack for clothes. Laundry detergent is not included but can be purchased in nearby shops.
Cleaning and maintenance
Is final cleaning included?
Final cleaning is included in the price. Apartments are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before your arrival.
What happens if something breaks?
Contact us and we will intervene quickly for urgent issues such as AC, water or electricity problems. For damage caused by guests, we may request reimbursement of the repair or replacement cost.
